These organizations/individuals will not have a vote on any IFVI business, nor will they have fiduciary responsibilities or join subcommittees of the Board. They may not be invited to all meetings of the Board should the business at hand be appropriate only for voting members. The publications, research, website and other statements and positions of IFVI specifically reflects the common views of the Board and not necessarily that of Observers.
